The Directors will:

– Set quality objectives and ensure adequate resources are available to achieve them.
– Monitor and review the effectiveness of the QMS and drive continuous improvement.
Employees:
– Adhere to the quality standards and procedures outlined in the QMS.
– Report any quality issues or non-conformities to the Directors.
– Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.

– Identify key processes and establish controls to ensure consistent quality.
2. Process Management:
– Document and standardise processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.

– Collect and analyse customer feedback to understand their needs and expectations.

4. Non-Conformance and Corrective Action:
– Identify and document non-conformance.
