IRRIGATION PIPEWORK

Brochure version…

Black, high-density polyethylene pipes for irrigation systems with self-propelled machines in all contexts of agriculture and horticulture for excellent sprinkling performance.

The hoses we supply are available in a wide variety of six sizes for diameter, thinckness, length of the rolls and characterised by high flexibility, extrodinary, likeness, remarkable corrosion resistance, high hydrolic seal and exceptional behaiviour towards envoronmental stress-cracking.

The versatility of modern self-propelled irrigation machines allows to have the best performance for sprinkler irrigation, considered the best irrigation solution for any type of crop, by virtue of the similariyt with the natural phonomenon.

The pipes we supply are made of materoals resistant to solar radiation and oxidation, resist the attack of micro-organisms and moulds, withstands saline water, acid and alkalibe solutions normally used in agriculture and are characterised by a high uniformity of diameter and wall thinkness.

The main advantages associated with the pipe we supply are:

THe versatility of polyethelene pipes, the different sizes from 0 63 to 160mm allow excellent solutions in terms of tensile strength, also guaranteeing high capacaties, in soils of any type.

Water saving; it is possible to reduce any minimum waste of water for each vegetative phase through the controlled and uniform distribution characteristic of the rain system (contrary to what happens with the drip irrigation system).

The reduction of irrigation costs: THe analysis of irrigation costs on different crops provides always lower results in the case of sprinkler irrigation, in consifderation of the higher investments and costs required by the use of drip systems.

High-Performance Polyethylene Pipes for Irrigation Systems

Plas-Fit UK supply high-density black polyethylene (HDPE) pipes specifically designed for use with self-propelled irrigation systems across a wide range of agricultural and horticultural applications. Our pipes deliver outstanding performance in sprinkler irrigation, ensuring efficient and uniform water distribution for all crop types.

Product Features and Benefits

  • Wide Range of Sizes:
Our HDPE pipes are available in six different diameters, wall thicknesses, and roll lengths to suit a variety of irrigation needs.
  • Superior Flexibility and Durability:
Manufactured from high-quality materials, these pipes offer excellent flexibility, high mechanical strength, and resistance to corrosion. They perform exceptionally well under environmental stress and pressure fluctuations.
  • Reliable Hydraulic Sealing:
Precision engineering ensures a consistent internal diameter and wall thickness, resulting in superior hydraulic performance and minimal leakage.
  • Environmental and Chemical Resistance:
The materials used are highly resistant to solar radiation, oxidation, and microbial attack. The pipes are unaffected by saline water and the acidic or alkaline solutions commonly used in agriculture.
  • Optimised for Sprinkler Irrigation:
Self-propelled sprinkler systems, when paired with our polyethylene pipes, offer an irrigation method that closely mimics natural rainfall. This method is suitable for all crop types and soil conditions, providing both reliability and adaptability.

Key Advantages

  • Versatility:
Available in diameters from Ø63 mm to Ø160 mm, these pipes are suitable for a wide range of applications and soil types, offering excellent tensile strength and operational reliability.
  • Water Efficiency:
The controlled, even distribution of water reduces waste and ensures that each phase of plant growth receives the optimal amount of moisture. This makes sprinkler systems more efficient than drip irrigation, especially in terms of water conservation.
  • Cost Savings:
Sprinkler systems using our polyethylene pipes consistently result in lower overall irrigation costs compared to drip systems. They require less upfront investment and have reduced maintenance expenses over time.
